Withdrawal from IBM Certified Solution Advisor – Maximo Asset Management Solutions Version 3 Certification

July 31, 2017 was the last day to obtain one of the most prestigious IBM certifications. This one-test cert was created to help customers identify potential opportunities and influence direction for IBM Maximo Asset Management. It was also responsible to train and influence key decision-makers.
This certification covers the following key areas: Assess Enterprise Asset Management process maturity; describe the environment for asset- and service management opportunities; discuss the technical and business benefits of IBM Maximo Asset Management; recommend education opportunities for customers based on the IBM Maximo Asset Management.
These qualifications were validated by the IBM Certified Solution Advisor – Maximo Asset Management Solutions Version 3 certification:
Working knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management, and Tivoli process automating engine.
Conceptual knowledge of networking environments and relational databases, operating systems, application environments, and key vendor environments (SAP or Oracle, etc. ).
Knowledge of the industry solutions: transport and oil and gas, calibration and government, and add-ons. Service provider, linear, spatial.
Maximo’s key Enterprise modules: Inventory, Contracts and Purchasing, Work Management, etc. Conceptual understanding
Familiarity and familiarity with Enterprise Asset Management competitors, production facility and fleet asset lifecycle management; IT directory/LDAP functionality, and key 3rd party software (ESRI, WebLogic Oracle, Microsoft SQL).
Only one test was required to obtain this certification: C2010-651: The Fundamentals of Maximo Asset Management Solutions V3.
