AWS adds four training bootcamps to its AWS Training offerings. Amazon Web Services Inc. (AWS), has added four new training bootscamps to its AWS Training offerings. According to a blog post, the new courses were popular at recent events such as the re:Invent Show and regional Summits. They include:

  • AWS Operations at Next Level: How to Use AWS CloudFormation and Chef to Automate Provisioning and Configuring AWS Infrastructure Resources and Applications It is intended for SysOps administrators and solutions architects.

  • Secure Next-Gen Applications at Cloud Scale shows how to use a DevSecOps approach for designing and building robust security controls at cloud-scale for next-generation workloads. It covers the design considerations for operating high-assurance workloads using AWS. Labs cover governance, configuration management and trust-decision automation. They also teach audit artifact generation and native integration of tasks into custom programs. This course is intended for security developers, solution architects, and other technical security professionals.

  • AWS Container-Enabled Microservices teaches you how to scale container-enabled microservices using Amazon ECS. The labs will teach you how to use Amazon ECS to manage long-running services, deploy container images, link services together and scale your capacity to meet demand. This course is intended for developers, solution architects, and system administrators.

  • Building a recommendation engine on AWS teaches you how to create a geospatial search and real-time analytics application using Amazon ES and DynamoDB Streams. AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, AWS Lambda, AWS Lambda, and Amazon S3. It also discusses a real-world location-aware social app that displays information generated by a model made with Amazon Machine Learning. It also discusses best practices in processing and analysing data such as the lambda processing pattern and automating the development process using Swagger, Grunt, and the AWS SDK. This course is intended for data scientists, developers, and solution architects.
