PMI Global Congress 2009 North America – egmb757lover via flickr I will fly to Orlando, FL for the PMI Global Congress 2009. If you are going to be in the area, and would like? I would love to have a chat over a cup of coffee with you. Let me know if you would like to have a chat over a cup coffee. Even if you aren’t able to attend the conference, it would still be great to have a chat. From Saturday afternoon to Tuesday, I will be at Gaylord Palms in Kissimmee. Why should you care about social media? This is the title of the presentation that I will be giving with my fellow members from the PMI New Media Council. I will be presenting along with Bas De Baar (Project Shrink), and Cornelius Fichtner, (PM Podcast). Our presentation will be a role-play to show the power of collaboration tools. Other members will be discussing new/social media tools to manage tasks, status reporting, project communication, and other topics. It should be a lot fun! Other presenters: Dave Garrett (Gantthead), Elizabeth Harrin (“Girl’s Guide to PM”), Jerry Manas (“PMThink!”). ), Chalyce Nallsch (PM Boulevard), Hal Macomber(Reforming PM).
