If your application usage exceeds the free tier limits you will be charged standard, pay as-you-go rates.
Participating services in global regions are eligible for the Microsoft Azure Free Tier. The Azure Free Tier calculates your free usage each month across all regions. It is applied to your bill automatically.
What are the requirements to be eligible for the Azure Free Tier
All new Azure customers can get an Azure free account. They will also receive a $200 credit.
You only need a phone number, a debit or credit card (non-prepaid), as well as a Microsoft or GitHub account. Only credit cards will be accepted in Hong Kong, Brazil.
